John Fenn has worked in the environmental business for over 40 years performing environmental surveys/inspections, Phase I & II ESA, and managing environmental remediation and demolition projects. John assists will all management and business development services as a principal of JHF Consulting. John is responsible for business development, contract negotiations, financial management and project oversight and program management for JHF. John performs project scope review with subcontractors, assists the client with selection of qualified environmental subcontractors, prepares bid estimates, and performs safety audits for the company to be in compliance with all federal state and local environmental regulations.
